The major lawsuits and arbitration cases are: Wuxi Yaowan Entertainment Network Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Wuxi Yaowan”) and Beijing Lefu Interactive Network Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Juliang Company”), Beijing Bitwalk Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Bit Company”), and Guangdong Tianchen Network Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Tianchen Company”) Infringement of trademark rights.
Among them, Wuxi Yaowan, an indirect holding subsidiary of Datang Telecom, is the plaintiff in this case, and the other four companies are the defendants. It is understood that Wuxi wants to play the exclusive right to a registered trademark with the name of the game “National Drift”, and the platforms operated by Lefu Company, Juda Company and Bit Company on Tianchen Company and many other mainstream platforms are issued and operated with the name of “National Drift”. same or similar games.
Wuxi Yaowan believed that the above-mentioned actions were unauthorized and seriously infringed on its exclusive right to the registered trademark of “National Drift”, so it sued the Intermediate People’s Court of Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, requesting Lefu Company, Judang Company, Bit Company and Tianchen Company Stop the acts of infringement and unfair competition, and ask Lefu Company, Jujuan Company, and Bit Company to jointly compensate Wuxi Towan for economic losses and reasonable expenses totaling 20 million yuan.
