Problem: When the main shaft box is not tightly clamped, the 55° guide rail of the main shaft box and the rocker arm is on the surface, the fit gap is large, the position of the main shaft box clamping block is incorrect, the clamping cylinder and the brake frame are leaking or the oil pipe is leaking; Block, the interference is not enough, can not make it stand up and self-locking.

 

Treatment method: adjust the screw so that the fitted 55° rail surface cannot be greater than 0.04mm with a gap (usually empty without checking), loosen the screw in the loosened state, adjust the clamping block to a suitable position and then tighten the screw.

 

Problem: When the column clamp is not tight, the screws on the spring plate are adjusted too much, and the column is lifted too much, and the rhombic block clamping mechanism cannot make the cone compression adjustment screw of the inner column combination be adjusted improperly, making the machine rod There is too little pressure oil in the hydraulic system to push the piston in the cylinder so that the diamond block cannot be in the clamping position.

 

Treatment method: re-adjust the screws on the spring plate to ensure the force when the rocker arm is loosened, and then adjust the screw on the top of the column to make the clamping force reach 1568N (thrust at the end of the rocker arm), and then use the screw to lock the nut if the column is When loosening, adjust the 4 screws in the nut to tighten and adjust the pressure oil of the hydraulic system to ensure 205-291×10% or change the oil in the oil pool.

 

Problem: When the rocker arm clamp is not tight, the reason: the adjustment screw is not appropriate: There is a gap between the rocker arm and the outer column when the rocker arm is clamped, and the limit switch is installed closer to the piston rod before the piston rod reaches the clamping position. To the switch to stop the hydraulic motor from supplying oil.

 

Treatment method: disassembled and upside down: loosen the lock nut or readjust the screw not only to ensure that the rocker cannot be inserted in 0.04 mm when clamped, but also to ensure that the diamond block can stand up and be self-locking in the clamped state, adjust The limit switch position makes the limit switch normally closed and the contact is disconnected, and the diamond block should be in the clamping position.

 

Problem: When the spindle does not return smoothly, the reason: the spring tension is not enough, and the horizontal shaft is deformed and the guide sleeve is rough.

 

Solution: The spring tension is not adjusted enough. Under the headstock, there is an adjustment screw to adjust the horizontal shaft deformation and replace the horizontal shaft. The guide sleeve is pulled down and repaired.
