Through this collaboration, SiMa.ai uses Synopsys’ DesignWare® IP, Verification Continuum® platform and Fusion Design Platform™ for MLSoC™ development. MLSoCs are purpose-built platforms for specialized computer vision applications such as autonomous driving, surveillance, and robotics.
SiMa.ai chose to partner with Synopsys because Synopsys’ expertise in functional safety, proven turnkey solutions and models, and silicon-validated IP portfolio enable SiMa.ai to provide high performance calculation. With Synopsys’ automotive-grade solutions, SiMa.ai can accelerate its SoC-level ISO 26262 functional safety assessment and qualification while achieving its target ASIL.
